Profile

Bachelor in biology from Nîmes University.

Master's degree in bioinformatics from Aix-Marseille University.

Worked in the bacterial world, designing and implementing tools for the MicroScope platform to obtain a better analysis of bacterial genomes (antibiotic resistance, secondary metabolites, genes curation ...). Also worked for MOPAD project to find natural (bacteria) alternative to pesticide in the fight again Fusarium.

Now I am working to improve the virus detection in plants hopefully up to the single nucleotide polymorphism level ☻
